Psychological Evaluation

Service Details

• Clinical Interview: 1-2 hours (First meeting)
• Testing Time: Up to 6 hours (scheduled on a different day)
• Follow-up Session: This serves as the 3rd and final meeting to review the results.

Formal written results with intervention recommendations will be provided in a printed summary 1-3 weeks following the testing process.

*Fewer goals around testing will result in a shorter process, increased goals will result in a longer process up to the time(s) indicated above.

Testing Process

• Some assessments will be conducted on paper, while others will be administered on the computer.

Cost for Services

• Insurance is not accepted for this service
• *Some single test services may include interview and testing on the same day if discussed beforehand.
• Payment due before the initial meeting, covering the entire testing process.
• *There are payment plan options available as needed.

Note: Tests are selected after the intake. If only one test is indicated, any overages will be refunded.
